This Hatha sequence is our Yard Yoga Hot Yoga sequence. This 60 min class is great for all levels of ability.
It’s a heart opening sequence, in where you build core strength and improve balance and flexibility.
The sequence doesn’t put any weight on the wrist, therefore also great for anyone with injuries.
