Yin
Yin -Yang Yoga may well be the ultimate energy balancer to energise your body & calm your mind. The practice embraces both the receptive, intuitive, cooling feminine aspects of Yin with the more dynamic, fiery, masculine, aspects of Yang. The class starts with gentle Yin-style warm up stretches, joint awakening & breath awareness before transitioning to more dynamic Yang sequences of Sun salutations & standing poses to really get the energy moving. Having cultivated this energy, we move with grace & presence to our Yin floor poses which we hold from 3-5 mins. This time, in stillness, is where the magic really starts to happen!
