In this 30 min vinyasa flow class we will target the core muscles. We learn to engage mulha bandha and uddiyana bandha. Strengthening and learning to engage the core will leave you feeling more stable and centred. It can relieve lower back aches and will overall strengthen your whole yoga practice.
