Hatha
This gentle Hatha Yoga class is perfect for beginners, those recovering from illness and injury or looking for a more gentle class. The class is designed to combine both postures lying on the mat and standing to gently build up strength and flexibility. It is a great way to introduce yourself to yoga and build up to trying some of our other classes.

The lower back can often get tight and uncomfortable. This sequence takes you into the hips and hamstrings to release tension from the lower back. A gentle practice accessible for all levels of ability.

Get up and go flow. When you don't have much time and need to feel energised this is the perfect sequence. Leaving feeling stronger and energised.

Simple stretch sequence to slow down and draw inwards. Great for when we feel like we need to calm down, or for before going to bed. For all levels of ability.

In this half an hour sequence we methodically go through all the chakra energy points to cleanse and clear them. This is a balancing, simple energising sequence. Will leave you feeling clear and focused.

Hip Hatha with Lotte
This Hatha class focuses on the hip joint. We can accumulate a lot of tension in the hip area. Therefore this class will help you release any tightness around this joint. Which will leave you feeling much freer in the hips and lower back. Suitable for all levels.

This heart opening practice is a great way to very gently open the space that is most sensitive. Here Lotte will take you through soft focus on how you feel and bring you back to your heart centre. Open to all levels.
